This fruit-forward community lot is a blend of experimental micro-lots from young producers, offering a balanced cup profile with notes of juicy strawberry, orange and a subtle finish of cacao nibs. Designed to be both a delicious offering and a development tool, it helps build demand for the processing experiments that equip the next generation of growers.

These are the beans that got me hooked on Joylight. I get strawberry and floral notes and is one of my all time favorite pour over coffees.

Colombia Young Producers Lot

Gave my daughter a 2# bag of the Columbia Young Producers lot for Christmas. Then made her brew a pot that same morning. We all loved it. Chocolate covered strawberries for sure! She also noted that it hits her as less acidic despite the strawberry notes. This was a welcome thing for her as she is pregnant and struggling with acidic foods right now.
