We got hooked on Joylight’s Ethopia Yirgacheffe natural beans during a family rendezvous where my son, Zach, who has made his home in Topeka, showed up at the airbnb with Joylight. After falling in love with your coffee, we were excited to learn we could order these beans for delivery to us in Tennessee. We’ve tried several Ethopia Yirgacheffe roasts and have never enjoyed the blueberry notes yours have. Keep up the excellent coffee crafting!
Joylignt’s organic Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is easily one of the best coffees I’ve brewed at home—always fresh, aromatic, and clearly roasted with care. It has those bright, floral notes you’d expect, with a clean, slightly citrusy finish that really stands out. I especially love enjoying it as a cortado. I highly recommend Joylignt and love that they are local :)

Thanks for the review Zach, glad you're loving the Yirgacheffe. It's been a staple for us since the start.
My husband and I absolutely LOVE this Ethiopian Yirgacheffe!! Such a wonderful coffee with a chocolate covered blueberry note that I’ve not tasted from other roasters. We’ll be ordering a 5lb bag on a regular schedule, about every 5-6 weeks. I’m so glad that my son, Zach, brought a bag along on our family weekend meetup so that we could try it. We aren’t quite knowledgeable enough to be classified as coffee connoisseurs, but we do know what we like. Have been drinking Ethopian Yirgacheffe for a couple of decades now and this one is the best we’ve ever had. The flavor profile is just lovely!
