WHAT MAKES THIS COFFEE SHINE?

Orange Pacamara is a rare sub-variety within the Pacamara varietal named for the vibrant orange color of the coffee cherries. Fredy Orantes runs Finca Vista Hermosa and has gained a well-earned reputation for meticulously processed coffees that encompass a wide swath of varieties. This naturally processed Orange Pacamara is another one of his hits. This coffee in particular has a citrus-sweet acidity of lemon candy, a tropical juiciness of starfruit, and a rounded, sweet mouthfeel of molasses cookie. It's a treat.
