Really like these beans. Haven’t even tried it yet in my aeropress/french press/pour over… just made a drip pot and we were quite impressed. Somehow it’s smooth and mellow without being remotely boring. Tasting notes are surprisingly accurate too! Next time I’m in Topeka I’ll definitely be stopping by.
