FAQs
Why "Joylight"?
From the beginning we wanted Joylight to offer coffees that excited people; bringing joy into their days. In the busyness and chaos of everything going on in our day, we can always look forward to the morning process of brewing a cup of coffee.
We also have a very special place in our hearts for light roasted coffee. ;-)
How do you source your beans?
Great question! We're all about bringing you amazing coffee while doing right by the people who grow it. We work closely with trusted importers who share our values and have strong, long-standing relationships with coffee farmers around the globe. Our beans are sourced from farms that prioritize quality and environmental sustainability.
So when you enjoy Joylight coffee, you’re not just tasting a great coffee—you’re supporting a whole chain of equity, respect, and care. And hey, that’s something we can all feel good about, right?
Do you offer Wholesale options for cafes & small businesses?
Absolutely, we do! At Joylight, we love partnering with cafes and small businesses to spread the joy of coffee far and wide. If you’re looking to serve some top-notch beans at your spot, we’ve got you covered with our wholesale options. Just head over to our contact form, drop us a line, and we’ll be in touch real soon! We can't wait to chat with you and see how we can make some coffee magic together!
How long will my coffee stay fresh?
Great question! Coffee is a bit like a fine wine—it has its peak moments. For that absolute sweet spot, we recommend enjoying your coffee 5-7 days after the roast date when all those beautiful flavors are really shining. Your beans will stay fresh for about 6 weeks, but let’s be real: you can totally drink coffee beyond that. It’s not like it magically expires after six weeks; the flavors just might not be as bold and vibrant.
To keep your cup game strong, we suggest subscribing to a coffee you love. That way, you’ll always have fresh beans delivered right to your door, and every brew will be as delightful as the last. Fresh coffee every time? Now that’s a win!
